Lesson for the day: survey the area around the seat where you are planning on sitting before you sit there.
I sat down in Human Geography, a class of common sense taught by a boring, boring professor, and everything seemed normal and quiet enough like a normal day. Then, all of a sudden, the freaking kid behind me opens up his Barbecue Corn Nuts and Mountain Dew. His impromptu lunch was loud and obnoxious and somewhat inconsiderate of the students sitting around him who were trying to take notes. He would eat a few corn nuts and since they are hard they were noisy when he ate them. Every time he opened the bottle of pop it would make the little pop noise and fizz. Some people's kids.
Next time I encounter a fellow student who has no consideration for the fellow students around them I am going to grow a pair and tell them to save there snack for after class. I don't mind people eating in class as long as they don't make a lot of noise.
Loud eating is a pet peeve of mine. If you make some weird or loud noises when you eat, I freak out. For some reason it makes me uncomfortable.
